The study was conducted to assess thethe knowledge regardingGestational Diabetes Mellitus amongpregnant mothers and self care practice of Gestational management among withdiabetes in pregnancy attending selected hospitals Kottayam District. objectives were thelevel regarding pregnant mothers, the carepractice with diabetes pregnancy, findassociation between level demographicvariables,to find correlation Mellitusmanagement pregnancy. research design used present isnon experimental descriptive design. 60 antenatal 15 motherswith gestational mellitus by using non probability convenient sampling technique.In presentstudy it found that 33.3%mothers had poor knowledge, 33.3% average hadgood mellitus.When comes t 46.7% satisfactorypractices 53.3% good practice. There is a positive practice(p=0.04).
